We loved the broccoli microgreens we recently ordered. They sprouted within just a few days and we enjoyed their peppery taste. We are already on our third round of fresh sprouts and look forward to trying other varieties.

I started them way too early. They had near a 100% germ rate - I was planning on 50%. They are strong, grew fast, and had their first flowers that were picked off this week.
