Can I pay for an online order via mail?
Please place your order online, before mailing in your payment. That way we can notify you once we have received your payment and tracking info once the order ships. Include in your payment, either cash or check the order number and mail to:

Can I add things to my existing order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to existing orders due to the high volume of orders we have coming into our system.
What form of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, and PayPal for online orders. We also accept check/money orders and can be mailed in after order is placed online.
Do you take orders over the phone?
At this time we do not take orders over the phone. If you are having a problem placing an order, give us a call and we can try to help over the phone. The most secure place to create an order will be yourself placing it.
I shipped to the wrong address, what should I do?
Contact us as soon as possible by phone (810-300-8845) or email at customerservice@migardener.com. We can change it if your order has not shipped.
If your order has already shipped, try contacting the USPS with the tracking number to see if they can reroute your order.
Something was missing from my order, what should I do?
If you received the wrong item or was missing something from your order, please contact our customer service team at 810-300-8845 or customerservice@migardener.com
Please be patient, know we are human and can make mistakes, and we will always do our very best to resolve the issue in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Do I get tracking with my order?
Yes, we send an email with your tracking info as soon as the order ships!
